After the publication of the article, the authors noted that they had made an error regarding certain data in the Results section. On page 1848 the sentence ‘Thirteen of these received no salvage treatment’ should be replaced by ‘Nine of these stopped the diet’. The previous statement was erroneously inserted. We apologize for the mistake and possible misunderstanding.
