<p>Subsequently to the publication of the above article, an interested reader drew to the authors' attention that, concerning the Transwell assay experiments shown in <xref rid="f3-ijo-64-01-05593" ref-type="fig">Fig. 3G</xref> and I on p. 8, the data panel showing the result of the 'LNCaP / sh-CASCS11-1' experiment in <xref rid="f3-ijo-64-01-05593" ref-type="fig">Fig. 3G</xref> appeared to be overlapping with the 'LNCaP / Vector' experiment in <xref rid="f3-ijo-64-01-05593" ref-type="fig">Fig. 3I</xref>, even though the data were intended to have shown the results from differently performed experiments.</p>
<p>After having re-examined their original data, the authors have realized that <xref rid="f3-ijo-64-01-05593" ref-type="fig">Fig. 3G</xref> and I were inadvertently assembled incorrectly. The revised version of <xref rid="f3-ijo-64-01-05593" ref-type="fig">Fig. 3</xref>, showing the correct data for the 'LNCaP / Vector' experiment in <xref rid="f3-ijo-64-01-05593" ref-type="fig">Fig. 3I</xref>, is shown on on the next page. The authors are grateful to the Editor of International Journal of Oncology for allowing them this opportunity to publish a Corrigendum, and all the authors agree with its publication. Furthermore, the authors thank the interested reader for drawing this matter to their attention, and apologize to the readership for any inconvenience caused.</p></body>
