Sadahiro Iwabuchi

My research focuses on cancer transcriptomics using both short- and long-read RNA sequencing technologies. By integrating these complementary approaches, I aim to uncover novel fusion genes, isoforms, and non-coding RNAs relevant to cancer cells. I also explore immune repertoire diversity and pursue biomarker discovery, with the ultimate goal of advancing early diagnosis and precision oncology.
