Dr. Gongjian Fan is a scientist in food processing and food biotechnology. He obtained his doctorate in food science from Nanjing Agricultural University in 2009. Following graduation, Dr. Fan worked in Nanjing Forestry University in food science and engineering. His recent research has focused on the processing, storage and preservation and quality evaluation of edible forest products. His work won the third prize of the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Award and the second prize of Liangxi Forestry Science and Technology Award.
