Dr Cordova research is mainly focuses in the study of the molecular biology of chronic myeloid leukemia and cellular response to oxidative stress. Using next generation sequencing and genotyping probes, Dr. Cordova group is detecting molecular markers associated to treatment resistance in individuals with chronic myeloid leukemia.
