I am a physician and a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Immunology, Charles University and Motol University Hospital. Me and my team conduct research focused on the development of novel protocols for adoptive cell immunotherapy of human malignancies. The aim of my current research is phenotypical profiling of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in human renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and finding the possible use of RCC TILs for adoptive transfer.
