- My researches focus on the molecular targeted therapy for human cancers, which mainly involving: 1) The role of Hippo/YAP signaling pathway in targeted therapy of cancers; 2) Exploring the regulatory mechanism of non-coding RNAs in cancers; 3) Searching the novel biomarkers and drug targets for the early diagnosis and therapy of cancers; 4) Clinical application of mRNA vaccine in cancers. As the first author or corresponding author, I have published 37 scientific articles in well-known SCI-indexed journals in the latest five years, such as, Journal of Hematology & Oncology, Advanced Science, Theranostics, etc.
