Short Bio

Chih-Chung Wu obtained his B.S. degree from the China Medical College (CMC), Taichung, Taiwan in 1995, followed by his Ph.D. in Food Science from the National Chung Hsing University ( NCHU) in 2001. The major field is phytochemical from Chinese medicine, herb, and vegetable on chemoprevention of chronic disease and Cancer.
