Short Bio
  • Dr. Yang Obtained his BS in Biochemisty, MS in Cell Biology from Shandong University,China, and his PhD degree from Georgia State University, USA. He was awarded an American Society for Microbiology/National Center for Infectious Diseases Research Fellowship and conducted his postdoctoral work in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, USA. He joined Zhejiang University in 2002, during which time he had served as Assoicate Dean of School of Public Health, Associate Director of the Zhejiang-California International Nanosystems Institute. He moved to Hangzhou Normal University in 2010 till now. His research interest focuses on environmental genotoxic agents-induced DNA damage response.
