Susan Costantini

Dr. Costantini research activity is focused on the study of cytokines and chemokines profiling as well as metabolomic/lipidomic analysis by 1H-Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and Liquid chromatography-Mass Spectrometry, in various biological matrices of cancer patients. She has a long experience in the application of systems biology approaches to integrate omics and clinical data, and in the prediction of secondary and three-dimensional structure of proteins. Moreover, she is currently applying virtual screening methods in drug repurposing studies.
