Following the publication of this article, an interested reader drew to our attention some anomalies associated with the presentation of Fig. 1. Fig. 1B and C presented different views of the cells in the same culture flask. The images in the present Fig. 1B and C are both associated with cells in passage 1 cultured for 11 days. An error was made in the compilation of this Figure, and an incorrect image was selected for Fig. 1C. A corrected version of the Figure is presented below, featuring the correct data for Fig. 1C [pertaining to adipose stem cells at passage 3 cultured for 3 days (magnification, ×400)]. This error did not affect the overall conclusions reported in the present study. We sincerely apologize for this mistake, and thank the reader of our article who drew this matter to our attention. Furthermore, we regret any inconvenience this mistake has caused.
