Breast cancer remains the most frequently diagnosed malignancy in women worldwide and continues to represent a major global health burden. Despite significant advances in screening, systemic therapy, and surgical techniques, heterogeneity in tumor biology and treatment response necessitates continuous innovation in both translational and clinical domains. This Special Issue aims to integrate cutting-edge research across molecular biology, surgical oncology, systemic therapies, imaging, and multidisciplinary decision-making, with a particular emphasis on precision medicine and individualized treatment strategies.
