Respiratory diseases remain a major health problem, both in terms of prevalence and impact on patients. Conditions such as COPD, asthma, infections, or interstitial lung diseases continue to raise important challenges, especially when it comes to early diagnosis and choosing the right treatment for each patient. With this Special Issue, Emerging Insights in Respiratory Diseases: From Pathophysiology to Clinical Practice, the aim is to gather recent studies that help clarify how these diseases develop and how this knowledge can be used in clinical practice. We are interested in original articles and reviews covering areas such as inflammation, immune mechanisms, molecular pathways, biomarkers, and new therapeutic approaches. Studies that bring basic research closer to clinical application are particularly welcome, as well as contributions that may help improve patient management in real-life settings. Interdisciplinary work and practical clinical perspectives are also encouraged.
