This Special Issue aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest advances in minimally invasive approaches for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. It will highlight innovative surgical techniques, including endoscopic and robotic-assisted procedures, alongside image-guided and percutaneous therapies designed to minimize surgical trauma while preserving oncological safety. Topics of interest include vacuum-assisted excision, cryoablation, radiofrequency ablation, microwave ablation, and other emerging focal therapies, as well as endoscopic and robotic nipple-sparing mastectomy and reconstructive approaches. Particular attention will be given to patient selection criteria, integration with systemic and neoadjuvant treatments, and the role of advanced imaging in treatment planning and follow-up. The Special Issue also encourages contributions exploring cosmetic outcomes, quality of life, and patient-reported outcomes, as well as cost-effectiveness and implementation in clinical practice. Multidisciplinary perspectives, including surgical oncology, radiology, and reconstructive surgery, are strongly welcomed. By integrating clinical research, technological innovation, and translational insights, this Special Issue aims to define the current state of the art and future directions of minimally invasive, endoscopic, and robotic breast cancer management.
